Erin Simpson has practiced exclusively in family law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2007. Her practice focuses on the areas of custody, access, support, property division and divorce. Ms. Simpson has experienced first-hand how litigation can destroy families. Ms. Simpson believes the collaborative process can be more cost effective and constructive than the traditional court process as it allows separating parties to express their individual needs and goals, which are often overlooked in the court process. |
