Serving family law clients for over 10 years, Linda is committed to helping clients resolve their separation and divorce issues outside of court in a manner which preserves their dignity and their ongoing parenting relationships with their former spouses.  Linda encourages clients to consider Collaborative Negotiation due to its efficiency, cost-effectiveness, the priority it places on children’s interests, and the control it gives clients who wish to negotiate creative resolutions with professional support. 

Anne has practised Family Law for 28 years and is experienced in Litigation, Mediation and Collaborative Practice, holding a Master’s in Alternate Dispute Resolution.  Anne brings her extensive toolbox of knowledge and experience to her work.  In Collaborative Practice, Anne, her client, the other party and his/her lawyer work as a team, with the common objective of reaching settlement satisfactory to both, and a win/win and fair solution which meets both parties’ interests, wants and needs and the children’s best interests.

Deborah has been practicing family law for almost twenty years. She is passionate about Collaborative Practice and deeply committed to supporting her clients in achieving their goals. Deborah teaches Collaborative Family Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and has spoken at the annual conferences of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the World Congress on the Rights of Children and Family Law. She has also served as a CPT Director.

I believe in my clients. With information and support, they have the ability to choose the best outcome for their family. I also believe in working co-operatively with other Collaboratively-trained professionals.

As a Past Chair of Collaborative Practice Toronto and current President of the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation I actively support a "team" approach to help separating couples improve communications, consider more options, and create solutions tailored to the needs of their particular family - especially the needs of any children.

Meetings with clients are held between 4PM and 11PM, close to client  locations at five offices located in North York, Toronto Beaches, Mississauga,  Oshawa and Pickering.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, Madott offers family mediation and alternative dispute resolution services in addition to her regular family law practice.  A published writer, as well as a lawyer, she brings a uniquely creative and caring approach to the practice of family law. 

Douglas Millstone has practised family law since 1976; advocating in court, negotiating principle-based settlements, and mediating and arbitrating. He has represented hundreds of children for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Nothing has energized him more than empowering people to resolve their issues through collaborative practice. He is a founding member of Collaborative Practice Toronto and served on its executive. Doug also has meeting space available in North York and Richmond Hill.

Mark limits his practice solely to dealing with matrimonial matters.  He focuses on the collaborative approach to separation and divorce.  Mark has completed parts I and II of collaborative training, and acts as a financial neutral in collaborative proceedings. 

Mark is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 25 years of experience.  He has furthered his knowledge of the financial aspects of family law through obtaining the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation.  Mark  is also a finalist candidate in the Chartered  Business Valuator (CBV) program.

With an extensive background and experience in taxation, financial planning, divorce mediation, and collaborative procedures, June is able to provide a thorough evaluation of the tax implications and financial ramifications of divorce settlement options.  Her  goal is for her clients to achieve an equitable financial future.  June is owner of The Tax Management Centre with offices located in Oakville and Mississauga.

Eva  is an experienced Certified Divorce Financial Analyst  and Certified Financial Planner who consults in financial issues before, during and after divorce. Through financial analysis and her custom designed tools, Eva makes the financial aspects of divorce understandable and bearable. She supports spouses in the collaborative process so they can arrive at an enduring settlement agreement. Eva provides the clarity, compassion and confidence  to navigate through and move beyond divorce. In addition, Eva has an informative and educational website designed for women and their unique concerns regarding  finances and divorce.

Donna Wilson is a Certified Family Relations Mediator (FMC), an Accredited Family Mediator (OAFM) and a Certified Family Mediator (ADRIO).  She is a qualified Child Protection Mediator and Parent Coordinator.  With a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology, Donna draws on her extensive experience working with children, couples and families.  She is on the Family Mediation certification committee of the ADRIO, co-chairs the Family Section of the ADRIO and is on the off-site mediation roster of the Durham Family Court.
