Pam is a Registered Social Worker with over twelve years experience working with youth.  In private practice, Pam helps families adjust to parental separation using her expertise working with youth experiencing depression, anxiety, behavior problems, LGBT issues, and/or trauma.  Pam assists younger children through the use of play therapy and as a Child Consultant, can bring the child᾿s voice into the process of mediating parenting plans.  Her relaxed approach works well with teens and families seeking solutions to help them move successfully through the challenges that accompany parental divorce.

David Klegerman is a Certified Comprehensive Family Mediator, Family Mediation Canada, and, an Accredited Family Mediator within the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM). He is the current President of the Executive Board for the York Region Chapter of the OAFM. Mr. Klegerman is also a Roster Mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program and an Accredited EAP Mediator on the national EAP Roster. His experience includes mediation at the Ontario Court of Justice (Family Court).

Called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, Madott offers family mediation and alternative dispute resolution services in addition to her regular family law practice.  A published writer, as well as a lawyer, she brings a uniquely creative and caring approach to the practice of family law.

Douglas Millstone has practised family law since 1976; advocating in court, negotiating principle-based settlements, and mediating. He has represented hundreds of children in custody and child-welfare cases for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Nothing has energized him more than empowering people to resolve their issues through collaborative family law. He is a founding member of Collaborative Practice Toronto and served on its executive.
